Update: P&I cover for tankers in Turkish waters

Gard is aware of an announcement by the maritime authorities in Turkey concerning proposed changes in requirements for laden oil tankers to provide evidence of P&I cover while in Turkish waters. The International Group of P&I Clubs (IG) is currently studying the proposals in order to prepare a response. Further information will be provided in due course.
