This Employers’ Liability Register (“ELR”) is produced to meet requirements by the UK Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) under ICOBS 8.4.4.

The aim of the ELR is to assist consumers with employers’ liability claims to trace the correct insurer for their claim.

The ELR contains a list of all vessels with an Employers’ Liability coverage taken out, renewed or against which a claim is received or is outstanding on or after 20 February 2011, and is accessible for tracing purposes in a PDF format. To search the reports press the Ctrl-f keys and type the relevant text. All relevant policies are included on their ELR within three months of being underwritten.
