This is the third time Gard publishes an integrated annual report, providing an overview of both its financial performance as well as its wider value creation.

The Transparency Act The Norwegian Transparency Act (‘Åpenhetsloven’) came into force in 2022, mandating larger enterprises that are resident in Norway to carry out due diligence assessments relating to human rights and decent working conditions, and to publicly disclose their findings. Gard’s second Human Rights Due Diligence report is available below.
