Divers’ P&I cover is developed to meet the needs of our Members who employ such commercial divers and have a P&I entry with Gard for specialist vessels and/or Mobile offshore units. Divers' P&I cover follows the diver rather than the vessel, installation or diving activity. The cover responds to liabilities to the diver during the period defined in the employment contract.
Existing Members and clients of Gard P&I and Gard Marine & Energy. Also for specialist vessels or service units (entered in the MOU programme).
Important exclusions are the damage to contract works caused by divers.
