Resources and expertise

Our claims handling service is equipped with dedicated process owners and specialized teams. Each member and client gets a designated Gard claims handler. Prompt assessment, resource allocation, and strategic planning occur upon receiving a claim. We prioritize knowledge sharing, enhancing expertise across insurance covers. Our P&I claims handlers work with the Hull & Machinery team for optimal outcomes. Alongside in-house resources, our global network of third-party providers offers local support and knowledge.
