Rule 37 Loss of hole, well and reservoir

1. The Association shall not cover:

   1. loss of or damage to the hole or well;

   2. loss of or damage to the reservoir;

provided that the loss or damage arises in connection with the hole or well which is being drilled or worked over or serviced by the Vessel.
