We refer to Gard's Special Circular no. 2/2005 to Tanker Members on the HFO Club Survey Programme.
The forms should only be completed for tankers having carried HFO as cargo. If a vessel is exempted from survey it is not necessary to complete a form for this vessel.
We should be grateful if the forms could be completed and returned to Gard by 31 September 2015.
