The Claes Isacson Scholarship is an annual scholarship that nhelps young people finance an education at university level, with a view to finding work within the shipping and marine insurance sector. We are pleased to announced that the Claes Isacson Scholarship 2017 winners are:
GRACE NG KA YAN from Hong Kong, who currently is a student on the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws programme at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and
JENS FERDINAND KARVEL from Norway, who is a MSc student in International Shipping and Finance at Henley Business School, part of the University of Reading.
The Scholarship relates to one of Gard's key commitments of education and training – supporting our focus on sharing knowledge and expertise. We are delighted to support talented and high achieving young people each year, helping them to pursue their chosen careers in shipping and marine insurance.
