Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Assuranceforeningen Gard - gjensidig – (the “Association”) is to be held at Arendal Kulturhus, Sam Eydes Plass 2, 4836 Arendal, Norway on Thursday 15 June 2023 at 10.00 a.m. for the following purposes:
I To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2022 and, if thought fit, to adopt them
II To elect members of the Board of Directors Trond Eilertsen and Ian Beveridge shall retire by rotation but can be re-elected.
III To determine the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors
IV To appoint a new external auditor
Those Members interested in participating at the Annual General Meeting is kindly asked to confirm their attendance to Stine Jåvold in advance.
