Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Assuranceforeningen Gard – gjensidig – is to be held at Strand Hotel Fevik, Nedre Hausland 80, 4870 Fevik, Norway, and as a video conference, on Wednesday 19 June 2024 at 18.30 p.m. for the following purposes:
I To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2023 and, if thought fit, to adopt them
II To elect members of the Board of Directors Nils Aden shall retire by rotation but can be re-elected. Jane Sy has during the year retired pursuant to Article 7.1 of the Statutes. Sandra Gluck shall retire pursuant to Article 7.3 of the Statutes. Marit Lunde and Turid Grotmoll are proposed as new members of the Board of Directors.
III To determine the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors

Those Members interested in participating at the Annual General Meeting are kindly asked to confirm their attendance to Stine Jåvold in advance.
