Emergency Telephone Number US Vessel Response Plans US Certificates of Financial Responsibility Emergency Telephone Number

The Gard emergency telephone number has changed to (+47 90 52 41 00). Members should ensure that their contingency plans reflect this change. However, the old number will remain in operation for 12 months to allow time for plans to be changed.

US Vessel Response Plans

The Association holds a data base showing details of Members? vessel response plans which may be required in the case of an oil spill. Members who have not forwarded to the Association a copy of the response plan for each entered vessel are requested to do so as soon as possible so that the Association can ensure that this data base is complete. In addition, Members are requested to forward to the Association changes to the plans when these are made.

Certificates of Financial Responsibility

Members? attention is drawn to Circular 11/94 in which Members were requested to complete a form and return it to the Association in order that the Club could note cancellation of Members? Clean Water Act guarantee and Members? COFR guarantor. Those Members who have not completed the form are requested to complete and return the form to the Association as soon as possible. For ease of reference a copy of the form is attached as Appendix A.
