LIMIT ON OIL POLLUTION

The International Group has recently decided to raise the limit for oil pollution for vessels entered for owners? mutual cover from USD 500 million to USD 1 billion with effect from the commencement of the policy year commencing at noon GMT on 20 February 2000. R/I rates for individual vessel types/trades have not yet been determined. They will be advised to Members as soon as they are known.
