Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Assuranceforeningen Gard ‑gjensidig- is to be held at the Association's offices in Arendal, on Friday 15 August 2003 at 12:00 noon for the following purposes:

1. To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 20 February 2003 and, if thought fit, to adopt them.

2. To elect:

   1. members of the Committee

   2. members of the Executive Committee

   3. one member of the Supervisory Committee

   4. two members of the Election Committee

3. To determine the remuneration of the members of the Committee,  the Executive Committee, the Supervisory Committee and the Election Committee.

The Annual Report and Accounts of Assuranceforeningen Gard -gjensidig- for the year to 20 February 2003 can be obtained from the Association on request.
